All Condominiums are furnished with fully equipped Kitchens that includes Stove/Oven, Full-Sized Refrigerator, Dinette Set, Sleeper sofa, Coffee Maker, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Dishes, Silverware and Cooking Utensils.

Towels (set of 4) and sheets (set of 2) are provided.  We do not provide daily cleaning service, however we have coin-operated Laundry facilities.

Each Unit has a Poolside view, Wireless Internet, and Cable TV.

Note: Not all units have phones. If this is a preference, please notify when booking.

Notifications:

  • You must be at least 25 yrs of age and have a major Credit Card in your name to register as a guest.
  • A Deposit of $150.00 (2 Night/Weekly) or $250.00 (Monthly)
    is required for all reservations made for May through December.
  • A Deposit of $250.00 is required for all reservations made for January
    through April
  • There will be a $20.00 cancellation fee for all canceled reservations
  • Deposits will be applied at Check in
  • Balance of Rental payment will be due upon arrival
  • Guests who wish to reserve for a Multiple-Monthly stay
    will be charged a Deposit of $250.00 per Rental Month reserved
  • Extra Person Occupancy Charge: $6.00 Per Night, Per Person
